Welcome to the Easy Revie Help Center!
We’re here to make your learning experience smooth and enjoyable. Below you’ll find answers to common questions and resources to help you get the most out of Easy Revie.


1. Getting Started

New to Easy Revie?

  • Create your account using a valid email address.

  • Verify your account through the confirmation link sent to your email.

  • Log in and start exploring tests, practice materials, and performance reports.

If you face any issues while signing up or logging in, try refreshing your browser or clearing cache before contacting support.


2. Account Management

  • Updating Profile: You can edit your name, email, or password anytime from the My Profile section.

  • Forgot Password: Click on Forgot Password on the login screen to reset your password via email.

  • Subscription: Manage your active plans, view billing details, or upgrade your subscription from the My Subscriptions tab.


3. Taking Tests

  • Select your grade or subject to view available tests.

  • Click on Take the Test to begin.

  • You can pause and save as draft if you wish to continue later.

  • Once completed, your score and detailed performance will appear on the dashboard.

If you experience test interruptions or errors, please ensure you have a stable internet connection.


4. Payments and Billing

  • We accept secure online payments through trusted gateways.

  • All transactions are encrypted for your protection.

  • For billing issues or refund requests, please contact support within 7 business days.


5. Technical Support

Having trouble using Easy Revie?

  • Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.

  • Try logging out and back in.

  • If the problem continues, contact our technical team with screenshots and details of the issue.
